Round Diamond is in a buttercup setting in the pierced Octagon shaped end.
The Octagon has a diamond cut design to it and it measures 10mm wide by 12mm tall
The Stick Pin is 14K Rose Gold and it measures 2 3/8" long.
This piece is marked 14K on the stick pin.
