Elizabeth Gage? Citrine & Diamond Tapered Templar Ring

This is a Gorgeous Designer Ring.
Tapered Templar Ring with a Fancy Orange Colored Stone.
Looks like it is a Citrine or even maybe a orange Sapphire.
The stone measures 14mm by 10mm and it is prong set.
There is also 2 marquise orange stones on each side of the center stone.
Ring has Silver enamel with Gold Beads and 4 Diamonds.
Along the edge of the ring is a yellow gold robe design.
This Ring looks like an Elizabeth Gage Piece but not sure. I can't make out the hallmark.
The Ring is 18K Yellow Gold and is a size 6.5
On the inside of the ring there is a Makers Hallmark, 18K & 750
This Piece weighs 12.4 Grams.
This is a Pre-owned Estate Piece but it is still in Excellent Condition.
